Wynnbrook is dedicated to connecting, caring for, and equipping active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. Located just minutes from Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia, we are a community where military families can find a true home away from home. Through Christ-centered relationships, practical support, and intentional discipleship, our mission is to ensure that no one serves alone.

MEET OUR SQUAD.

Our ministry is driven by a passionate team of volunteers trained to navigate the unique challenges of military life. Whether you are arriving for a short PCS, enduring a deployment, or settling down in the area, our team is structured to help you thrive. Meet the Squad

 

-Military Advocates: Your initial point of contact. They coordinate welcome gifts, answer questions about the Columbus area, and provide smooth introductions to the church body.

 

-Connection Coordinators: Dedicated to helping your family plug into the right small groups, youth programs, and local ministry service opportunities quickly.

 

-Care Team: Ready to mobilize when life gets tough. This team organizes home-cooked meals, assists with transportation, and provides concentrated prayer support during deployments, TDYs, or family crises.

 

-Mentors: Seasoned military veterans paired with younger service members to provide spiritual guidance, career advice, and steady biblical mentorship.

OUR MISSION

THIS IS HOW

We desire to connect, care for, and equip military members and their families through Christ-centered relationships, practical support, and intentional discipleship — ensuring no one serves alone

 

Sunday Small Groups (9:30 AM): We offer multiple Bible study classes that provide a small, close-knit environment for forming real friendships and studying Scripture together.

 

Worship Service (10:45 AM): Join the wider church family in the main Worship Center for engaging, gospel-centered preaching and worship.

 

Military Events: We regularly host fellowship events, including our annual Military Families Appreciation Dinner, to honor and connect local active-duty families.
